Yes. Every deposit and withdrawal processed through UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe on your h5p account is governed by these terms. The payment provider's own terms also apply alongside ours for the transfer leg of each transaction.

Yes. If we update a term and you do not accept it, you may close your account before the change takes effect. Contact support at h5p.asia before the notified deadline and we will process your closure and any pending balance.

Email [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Request' from your registered email address. We verify your identity, then send a structured copy of the data we hold within 30 days of the verified request.

Access to h5p depends on local law and is available only where permitted. If your region's rules change, we will notify you and, if required, suspend access to affected features while your account balance remains accessible for withdrawal.

Accounts are for personal use only. Automated play, account sharing, and any attempt to exploit technical errors are prohibited. A breach of these conditions may lead to account suspension following an internal review process.

We send an email to your registered address before any material update takes effect. The updated terms are also dated at the top of this page. Continuing to use your account after the notice period means you accept the revised version.
