We collect your name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and payment identifiers such as your UPI ID or Paytm-linked number. Device and session data are also logged to detect unusual access patterns and protect your account.

Payment identifiers passed through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe are encrypted at rest and never stored as raw card or bank numbers. We retain transaction references for the period required by Indian financial regulations, after which they are deleted from active systems.

Yes. Submit a data access request via the help centre form or by emailing our privacy desk. Once we verify your identity — usually within one working day — we will compile and send your data within 7 working days of verification.

Send a deletion request through the help centre portal or privacy email. We will confirm receipt, verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 working days. Note that some transaction records must be kept for the legally required retention period before deletion.

We share data only with payment processors — UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe — where it is needed to complete a transaction. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or unrelated third parties. Any processor we use is bound by data processing agreements.
